
Biography
Luiza Marangoni is the HR Manager at Teeny Violini, a nonprofit organization committed to expanding access to music education in underserved communities. Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Luiza holds a Master’s degree in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology from Barry University and a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida International University. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Executive Leadership at the University of the Cumberlands. Her dissertation research focuses on the relationship between leadership styles and executive burnout, with particular interest in how leadership behaviors influence organizational well-being and sustainability. Luiza’s professional background includes remote team management, professional development, and nonprofit operations. Her work is grounded in a commitment to building inclusive, people-centered systems that support both performance and psychological health.
